Q1: How long can the rental period be?
A1: The rental period can be from 1 week to 6 months.

Q2: What if I realize later that I need the machine longer than my original rental period?
A2: We can offer this flexibility. You can simply extend the rental period.

Q3: What if I wish to buy the rental machine at the end of rental period? Do I have such an option?
A3: In a case by case basis, we can propose a purchase offer to the Customer

Q4: Do I have to pay any deposit?
A4: No deposit is required.

Q5: What is the delivery lead time?
A5: If your desired configuration is available in our equipment pool, usually it can be delivered within 24 hours.

Q6: Is there maintenance support during the rental period?
A6: Yes maintenance support can be included.

Q7: How about installation & de-installation? Are these included?
A7: Yes, installation and de-installation are included.

Q8: I have some application software whose licence charge is on a per CPU basis. For running on your rental machine, how should the  licence charge be calculated?
A8: The licence charging scheme is application-specific and there is no universal rule. Please consult with your application vendor.
